Kenneth Rupert

Kenneth Rupert has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on actuarial and risk management functions. Kenneth currently serves as the Vice President & Chief Actuary at UFG Insurance since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the SVP Risk Management & Chief Actuary at Producers National Corporation from 2022 to March 2023, where they oversaw all aspects of actuarial and risk management functions and built a new actuarial team.

From 2009 to 2021, Kenneth worked at CNA Insurance, initially as the Sr Vice President and Sr Actuary, responsible for actuarial pricing and collaborating with business leadership for profitable underwriting strategies. Kenneth later became the Vice President & Actuary, leading product services and analysis, including profitability studies and rating plan development. Kenneth also developed a team of data science professionals for predictive underwriting models.

Prior to CNA Insurance, Kenneth worked at Travelers as the 2nd Vice President & Actuary, leading a team responsible for loss reserves analysis. Before that, they were a Vice President at Aon, operating in the Aon Re Services division and advising clients on reinsurance programs and risk management strategies.

Kenneth started their career as a Consulting Actuary at Dion, Durrell + Associates Inc., where they focused on US Healthcare and Capital Continuum practice areas. Kenneth also had a role as the Vice President - Reinsurance Pricing Manager at CNA Re / Folksamerica Re.

Kenneth Rupert holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from Moravian University. Kenneth has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
