Melissa Stickney

Melissa Stickney's work experience includes a role as a Project Manager at UFG Insurance since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Transamerica from 2005 to 2017, where they held several positions including Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and coordinating large software development projects, facilitating the business analysis process to identify requirements, and working collaboratively with developers and various business units. Before Transamerica, Melissa worked at Verizon from 1992 to 2005, where they held roles such as Project Manager/Project Planner, Commercial Billing Release Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. In these roles, they managed complex billing projects, coordinated software releases, and defined requirements for billing applications.

Melissa Stickney completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa from 1983 to 1987. Melissa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications. In terms of certifications, they have achieved the following: Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022, Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021, and Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021.
