Rick J. Miller started their work experience in 2003 at General Casualty as a Large Account Underwriter, where they remained until 2009. In 2010, they joined United Fire Group as a Production Marketing Representative, and their employment with them is ongoing.

Rick J. Miller attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management & Insurance.
