Karl Ridings has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Karl began their career as an Apprentice at Ford & Slater, where they gained expertise in HGV mechanics and parts sales. Karl then worked as an Express Factors Supervisor at Clarks Rover, overseeing the department's operations and supporting sales representatives.

Karl successfully raised the brand's profile and increased its presence in the local markets.
