Burt Hess

Burt Hess is an experienced manufacturing and production manager with a robust background in continuous improvement and quality management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at ADAC Automotive since August 2019 and Production Manager at UFP Technologies, Inc. and Lauren Manufacturing since November 2017 and June 2013 respectively, Burt specializes in Lean Manufacturing concepts and process enhancements. Previously, as Quality Manager at Hysco America from July 2007 to June 2013, Burt established a complete quality management system that achieved ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certification and facilitated direct customer engagement. Burt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Technology from Almeda University, earned in 2009.
