Mike Tenpas

Mike Tenpas serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of UFS LLC, a technology firm focused on core data processing and e-banking solutions for the community bank market since June 2011. With a strong emphasis on providing reliable and innovative technology solutions, UFS LLC has grown significantly under Tenpas's leadership. Previously, Tenpas served on the Board of Directors for Bankers' Bank from April 2017 to April 2023 and held key positions at ARI, Norlight Telecommunications, and Schneider Communications, showcasing extensive experience in sales, marketing, and executive management. Tenpas is an alumnus of the University of the Pacific in Milwaukee.
