Azra Joy

Azra Joy is currently serving as the Digital Media Coordinator at the UFW Foundation since August 2022, utilizing digital platforms to advocate for equitable policies affecting farm workers. Previously, Azra held various roles at California State University Channel Islands, including Senior Orientation Leader for New Student Orientation and Resident Advisor for Housing & Residential Education, both emphasizing community integration and student support. Azra has also gained extensive experience in digital media, project management, and mentoring roles, contributing effectively to initiatives aimed at enhancing student retention and success. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from California State University Channel Islands, alongside multiple certificates in Graphic Design and Communication from Bakersfield College.
