Julie M. has extensive experience in communications and organizational roles, having served at the UFW Foundation since August 2013. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Commissioner for the City of South Gate from September 2013 to August 2015. Notable past roles include organizing for Obama for America in 2012, participating in internship programs at the California State Assembly and ProDESC, and working as an organizer for the Coalition of Immokalee Workers from July 2009 to July 2010.
