Carolyne Atono-Chono

Carolyne Atono-Chono is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Manager of Strategy and Innovation at Uganda Development Bank since August 2020, where responsibilities include championing the bank's innovation programs to align with its strategic goals. Previously, Carolyne held various roles, including Missions Volunteer with African Evangelistic Enterprise and Knowledge Management Specialist at Chemonics International. Academic credentials include a PhD (ABD) in Communication and Information from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, along with a Master of Library & Information Science and a Master of Public Administration from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Makerere University.
