Charles Festo. Kasakya

Charles Festo Kasakya has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) within the development financing sector. Currently serving as a MEL Officer at Uganda Development Bank since September 2022, Charles previously held the position of MEAL Officer at Finn Church Aid from March 2019 to September 2022 and at Save the Children International from January 2017 to March 2019.
