Kenneth Mwebembezi

Kenneth Mwebembezi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of construction and infrastructure contracts, public-private partnerships, and commercial and civil litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Officer at Uganda National Oil Company Limited since August 2022, Kenneth supervises three Legal Officers in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. Prior to this role, Kenneth held a similar position at Uganda National Roads Authority from December 2015 to August 2022, focusing on land compensation and judicial review actions. Previous experience includes positions as an Associate and Junior Associate at KATS - Katende, Ssempebwa & Company Advocates, where responsibilities included drafting commercial contracts and offering legal advisory services. Kenneth's legal education includes a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
