Richard N. currently serves as Head Development and Production at Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) since August 2017, previously holding the position of Drilling & Completions Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager for Buliisa Integrated Development at the Petroleum Authority of Uganda and holding multiple roles at the Petroleum Exploration and Production Department (PEPD) in Uganda, where significant contributions included leading technical evaluations and development plan reviews.
