Jean Juliet Natukunda is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as a Legal Officer at the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) since July 2016, Jean represents the organization in courts of law and tribunals. Concurrently, Jean has held the position of Company Secretary at Rotak Consultancy Ltd since 2010, ensuring compliance with financial and legal practices. Prior legal experience includes serving as a Legal Officer at Justice Centres Uganda from 2014 to June 2016, where Jean provided legal services to vulnerable communities, and as a Legal Assistant at Magezi, Ibale & Co. Advocates from January 2011 to December 2013, assisting in notarial and trademark services. Jean holds a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University, a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration & Management from the Uganda Management Institute.
