Mark Henry Rubarenzya

Mark Henry Rubarenzya is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in water resources and research development. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) since December 2015, Mark drives strategic research initiatives to tackle challenges in the roads and transport sector. Prior roles include Managing Director at Duma Consulting Group Ltd and various positions focused on water resources at firms such as Sustineo Pty Limited and DA Group. Mark holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and multiple degrees in Water Resources Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and Makerere University, showcasing a strong academic background to accompany professional expertise.
