Head Field Operations at Uganda Registration Services Bureau

Adeline Kushemererwa Elem has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adeline began their career at Britania (U) Ltd as an Accountant in 2000, before moving on to work as a Banking Officer at Bank of Baroda (U) Ltd in 2001. Adeline joined the Ministry of Education and Sports as an Accountant in 2002 and worked there until 2010 when they transitioned to the Ministry of Health as an Accountant as well. In 2010, Adeline became a Director at PH Shoppers' Point Ltd, a retail store specializing in various items. Adeline went on to become the Director of Splendydie Foods in 2011, where they were involved in the processing and supply of snacks and dried food stuff. Adeline further expanded their experience by becoming the Director of The Greening Spectrum in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head Field Operations at Uganda registration services bureau, a role they assumed in January 2020.

Adeline Kushemererwa Elem's education history begins with their completion of high school at Maryhill High School from 1990 to 1993. Adeline then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance at Uganda Martyrs University from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Financial Management from Uganda Management Institute during the academic year 2008-2009.

Adeline furthered their education by completing a Master's of Management Studies with a focus on Financial Management at Uganda Management Institute from 2012 to 2013. Continuing their studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management at Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) from 2010 to 2012.
