Allan Agaba

Allan Agaba is an experienced IT professional with a background in application support, database administration, and customer service. Currently serving as an Application Support Specialist and Data Center Administrator at Uganda Revenue Authority since July 2018, Allan has previously held roles as an Oracle Database Administrator and IT Assistant at SGS, as well as a Customer Service & IT Support Executive at Smart Applications International Ltd. Allan's expertise includes technical support, computer networking, database support, and system user training, as well as software installations and system requirements gathering during an internship at Uganda Revenue Authority. With a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Makerere University, Allan has also contributed to web development projects, showcasing a strong foundation in IT and software applications.
