Mark Nelson Ssebambulidde

Mark Nelson Ssebambulidde is a skilled finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, audit assurance, and asset management. Currently serving as a Financial Reporting Officer at the Uganda Revenue Authority since December 2022, Mark is responsible for preparing statutory financial statements and supporting audit processes. Mark has held various key positions at Uganda Revenue Authority since July 2013, including roles as an Oracle Functional Consultant and Finance Officer, where significant achievements included migrating corporate services to Oracle E Business Suite and optimizing asset management practices. Mark's earlier experience includes a tenure as an Auditor at Jasper Semu Associates CPA, where responsibilities encompassed creating audit plans and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, as well as managing tax planning for clients. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Nkumba University and is a Certified Public Accountant, complemented by additional certifications in financial systems and Oracle applications.
