Brandon Mcneil

Brandon McNeil is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at UGE since July 2023, Brandon previously held multiple leadership roles at Lightning eMotors, including Vice President of Energy & Insights and Vice President of Lightning Energy, where responsibilities encompassed developing charging infrastructure and overseeing production operations for commercial electric vehicles. Brandon co-founded McAdams Properties, providing services for high-end vacation rentals, and spent over 14 years at Ice Energy, advancing from Program Manager to Executive Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing. Brandon's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
