Christopher Ballard

Christopher Ballard, CCP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Christopher started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Fresenius Medical Care in 2007. Christopher then worked as a Consultant at SMART Business Advisory and Consulting in 2008. In 2009, they joined AmeriGas as a Benefits Coordinator and later transitioned to roles such as Compensation Analyst, Compensation Manager, Business Lead for SuccessFactors Implementation, and Director of Compensation & HRIS. In 2011, they briefly worked at UGI Corporation as a Human Resources & Executive Compensation Coordinator. Christopher then returned to AmeriGas and held the position of Director of Compensation & HRIS again. In 2020, Christopher joined UGI Corporation as the Director of Enterprise HR Services and later became the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Services in 2021.

Christopher Ballard, CCP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University in the years 2003 to 2006. Christopher also holds a CCP certification from WorldatWork, obtained in the year 2014.
