Mike Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike is currently serving as the Head of Operations - Manufacturing and Maintenance WA, SA & Vic at UGL, overseeing 5 sites with a combined contract value of $150M per annum and a headcount of 250-300 employees. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Operations Manager and Production Manager at UGL Limited, where they focused on leadership, operational management, and maintenance activities. Mike also worked as a Project Manager at Serco, Manager - Project Controls at North West Infrastructure, and Cost Control Consultant at Atlas Iron Limited. Additionally, Mike has held managerial positions at Brownes Dairy, Fonterra, PB Foods, and Tip Top Ice Cream, with responsibilities ranging from engineering management to production project management.
Mike Williams earned a Master of Business and Technology from UNSW between 2002 and 2006. Mike also obtained a Diploma in Frontline Management from Mt Eliza Business School from 2000 to 2001. Furthermore, they hold a Diploma in Dairy Technology from Massey University, where they studied from 1990 to 1992, specializing in Engineering.
