Latonya Williams Mhrm

Latonya Williams MHRM, CHRP is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people operations and HR management. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at UGM Surfaces since February 2023, Latonya previously held the position of Director of HR Operations at Kemper, where key contributions included advocating for company culture and executing Workday changes. Prior experience includes a 14-year tenure at Societe Generale, where Latonya excelled as Chief of Staff, managing a $47 million budget and leading various strategic initiatives. Additional roles included Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Payroll Administrator, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. Latonya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
