Raffaele Nicolussi is a seasoned Project Manager currently with Fondazione Ugo Bordoni since May 2003, focusing on various systems related to digital services and television management, as well as digitalizing TV concession processes. Concurrently, Raffaele serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", teaching programming courses in C/C++ and Python, among others, while also fulfilling roles as a tutor in various computer science courses. Raffaele's previous experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale, engaging in significant eProcurement and pagoPA projects aimed at enhancing public sector electronic payment systems.
