Roland Dankers

Roland Dankers has a diverse work experience. Roland began their career in 2000 as an Accountmanager at InnoSys ICT and worked there until 2002. In 2001, they also took part in a research study at PHOBOS. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Consultant at PNO Consultants, providing advice and support to SME's on grant applications and project development. In 2006, they founded Ugoo, a subsidy advisory firm where they served as the Owner and Director, helping innovative technology companies obtain subsidies and external funding. Most recently, in 2018, they founded Maintenance Heroes BV, a company that specializes in detaching experienced maintenance engineers to the industry.

Roland Dankers completed their VWO diploma from Cobbenhagen College in the years 1984 to 1990. Roland then pursued further education at Tilburg University, where they obtained an MSc in Economics from 1991 to 2003.
