Alex Faiers

Alex Faiers is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and design, with extensive experience in helping recruitment agencies elevate their online presence. As the Founding Director of Addictivity since October 1998, Alex has focused on solving digital marketing challenges for recruitment firms. Currently serving as a Business Coach and Mentor at UGURUS, Alex guides digital marketing agency owners towards achieving personal and business freedom. Additionally, Alex is the Owner and Managing Director of both Recsites and Talent Sites, providing innovative recruitment website design solutions. In 2019, Alex founded The Recruitment Digital Marketing Forum to foster collaboration among recruitment marketing professionals. Previous roles include Senior Designer at OnCourse Publications and freelance design projects at various London agencies. Alex holds a BA Hons in Typography & Graphic Communications from the University of Reading and a BTEC National Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art & Design.
