David Chang

David Chang is an accomplished human resources professional with a robust background in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Compensation at UHS since August 2023, David previously held the position of Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at URBN from January 2022 to August 2023. David's extensive experience also includes over two decades at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as Compensation & Recognition Manager, along with roles at CDnow.com as a Compensation Administrator and at Armstrong World Industries in a rotational program as a Compensation & HRIS Associate. David Chang holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
