Edward Sim

Edward Sim is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and President of the Acute Care Division at UHS since December 2022. Previously, Edward held the role of Executive Vice President and System Chief Operating Officer at Centura Health from January 2017 to November 2022, where Edward also served as President of the Mountains and North Denver Operating Group and CEO of St. Anthony Hospital. Edward's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Baptist Health, Tenet Healthcare, and Advisory Board, where responsibilities spanned physician integration and hospital administration. Edward holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Science from Albany Medical College, and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston University.
