Kimberly Sinclair

Kimberly Sinclair, MBA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at UHS since November 2022, Kimberly previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Jordan-Young Institute Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine, where direct reporting to the CEO and participation in the Senior Leadership Team were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a lead role as Employee Relations Specialist at Sentara Healthcare, focusing on ADA and Work Visa as the subject matter expert, and providing leadership in employee relations. Kimberly also contributed to HR operations at Sentara Healthcare in multiple capacities, including HR training and regulatory compliance, and began their career with administrative support at the City of Hampton and as an HR intern at Old Dominion University. Kimberly holds an MBA from Strayer University and a B.S. in Workforce Development and Training from Old Dominion University.
