Maria Zangardi Ms

Maria Zangardi MS, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the behavioral health and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at UHS since November 2018, Maria has held various leadership roles within the organization, focusing on the development and delivery of HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, and regulatory compliance for the Behavioral Health Division. Previously, Maria worked as Director of Organizational Development at AllOne Health and held multiple HR positions at Mohegan Pennsylvania, including Vice President of Administration and Director of Human Resources. Maria's early career included a role as Admissions Counselor at King's College. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Spanish from King's College.
