Frank Fenello is a member of the firm’s National Management Committee and leads the National UHY Consulting practice, which provides Transformation, Software and Cyber Solutions) to clients across the Fortune 1000 and dynamic middle market. He has more than twenty years of experience in management and professional consulting in the finance, telecom, insurance and related professional services industries. Frank uses his in-depth experience and knowledge to identify process improvements and cost efficiencies, and provides successful business strategies, with exceptional client service skills.

Frank previously founded the finance and accounting division of a local consulting firm, propelling its growth into a multi-million-dollar organization. He has extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering and ERP system implementations, and served as team leader on several new national and international company software implementations. He specializes in leading finance transformation efforts, including shared services, accounts payable, month-end and year-end close processes, and BlackLine software. He is frequently contacted by the media for his strategic, operational, and technology insights.
