Noel Rosales has extensive work experience in the field of technology and support services. Noel started their career as a Facilities Assistant at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants in 2006. From there, they worked their way up through various roles such as IT Specialist I, IT Specialist II - Team Lead, IT Service Desk Manager, IT Manager - Support Services, and Director of Technology - Support Services. In these positions, Noel was responsible for managing service desk operations, overseeing inventory and software deployments, coordinating IT services for new firm acquisitions, and leading and coaching staff.
