Psyche Terry, MBA

Psyche Terry has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, they founded UI Global Brands, a mission-based clean beauty brand called Urban Hydration. The brand has seen significant success and is sold in over 30,000 stores worldwide, including Ulta stores. In 2016, Terry founded the Psyche Terry Founders Scholarship Program. Psyche has also been involved in the beauty pageant industry, as Mrs. Texas 2022 for Americas Most Beautiful and Mrs. Texas 2023 for the upcoming USA Ambassador Beauty Pageant. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Terry worked in New Business Development at Whirlpool Corporation from 1998 to 2010.

Psyche Terry, MBA, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University in the years 2000 to 2003. Following this, in 2008 to 2009, they pursued their MBA at UNLV Lee Business School, specializing in Business. In 2015, they completed the 10K Small Business Alumni program at Goldman Sachs.
