Meryem Clot

Meryem CLOT has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Deputy HR Director and Head of HR Development at UIC - International Union of Railways since February 2006. Additional roles include overseeing international training programme development and managing the International Training and Human Factors Competence Centre. Meryem CLOT also holds a position as a judge at Conseil des Prud’hommes since January 2018 and previously worked as a training consultant at SYSTRA. With a teaching background at Université MOHAMMED V Souissi, Meryem CLOT holds multiple qualifications, including certifications in conflict management, coaching, and a Master’s degree in adult education. Meryem CLOT’s academic credentials also include advanced studies in human resources management and French literature.
