Sylvia Wilkins

Sylvia Wilkins currently serves in the Business Development Department for STRATA Networks. She assists in driving new product generation and expanding business opportunities. Prior to STRATA Networks she served as the Economic Development Director for Uintah County where she developed a robust Business Expansion and Retention Outreach Program that helped several businesses obtain grant funding and find resources to expand. She also serves on the USU Uintah Basin Advisory Council, Downtown Revitalization Committee, and Uin-Tech Committee. Sylvia has a passion for finding solutions and discovering new opportunities. Sylvia wants to see the economy thrive and be a place where her children, friends, and neighbors can find success. Sylvia received Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Utah State University.
