Alessandro Baglio

Alessandro Baglio has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alessandro began their career as a Market Analyst, interning for FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2000. Alessandro then moved on to NOICOM as a Sales Account Manager for a brief period before returning to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in various roles, including Sales Planner EU/Sales Manager EU Assistant and Product Marketing Manager. In 2008, they joined JATO Dynamics Ltd as a Managing Consultant, specializing in Business Development. Alessandro later became a Global Account Manager for FCA/CNH Group within the same company. In 2018, Baglio transitioned to the education sector, working as a Professor of Product and Marketing Management at the Istituto Europeo di Design. In 2023, they joined Reefilla as a Business Advisor, providing consulting expertise for their mobile and predictive charging delivery service for electric vehicles. Baglio's most recent position is as a Regional Vice President of Manufacturing at UiPath, where they focus on digital transformation and automation integration for systems and applications.

Alessandro Baglio completed a degree in Marketing and Communication from SAA between 1998 and 2001. In addition, they obtained a certification in the "Mastering the Customer Conversation Program" from The Colin James Method® in 2023.
