Alin Mihalea

Alin Mihalea has extensive work experience in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Alin currently works at UiPath as a Manager of Technology Services and RPA Technical Lead, a position they assumed in March 2023. Prior to this role, Alin held the position of Senior RPA Developer at UiPath from April 2022 to March 2023. Before joining UiPath, they worked at PwC as an RPA Developer from April 2019 to November 2020, where they developed UiPath robots for various industries and actively participated in client meetings. From October 2018 to April 2019, Alin worked as an RPA Developer at Bolt, where they focused on automating repetitive processes and also gained an Advanced RPA Developer certification from UiPath. Additionally, they served as an Operations Specialist at Bolt, where they worked on supply strategies, held trainings for drivers, and analyzed data to create weekly plans. Prior to their RPA roles, Alin worked as a Business Development Manager at Biano s.r.o., coordinating the expansion of the Czech online platform in the Romanian market. Alin also gained experience as a Research and Innovation Intern at Continental, where they worked in mechanical design and 3D printing. Alin's earliest work experience was as a Fiat Ambassador for the Car Sharing project "Fiat Likes U," where they coordinated the project and promoted it through social media.

Alin Mihalea holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Management of Business Systems from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, obtained between 2018 and 2020. They also completed a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering at the same university from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from the Technical University of Liberec from 2016 to 2017. Their secondary education includes a Diploma de Bacalaureat in Mathematics - Computer Science from National College "Vasile Alecsandri" between 2010 and 2014. Alin Mihalea has also obtained several certifications in various fields, such as automation development, business analysis, data engineering, programming, and language proficiency.
