Brad Brubaker

Brad Brubaker has been the Chief Legal Officer at UiPath since 2019. Prior to that, they were with SAP for 25 years, serving as their General Counsel, Global Field. Brad started their career as an Associate at Brown & Connery from 1991 to 1994. Brad then worked as a Systems Engineer at GE from 1987 to 1989 and at RCA Missile and Surface Radar from 1985 to 1987.

Brad Brubaker has completed an Executive Global Leadership Program from INSEAD, a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, and a BS in Physics from Albright College. Brad is also certified from the New Jersey Courts in the New Jersey Bar, the New York State Supreme Court in the New York Bar, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Pennsylvania Bar.
