Brenda Milbrandt

Brenda Milbrandt has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles at different companies. Brenda started their career at the American Heart Association as an Employment Representative and worked there for seven years. Brenda then moved on to Securities America, Inc. where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for four years. After that, they joined BNSF Logistics as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for managing HR projects and conducting thorough investigations. Brenda then worked at Walmart for six years, initially as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and later as the Director of Human Resources. Brenda played a key role in establishing start-up cultures and agile operating models for two Emerging Technology Hubs. Currently, they are working at UiPath as a Senior Director in the People Team.
