Kalyan Raghavan

Kalyan Raghavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and support management across multiple global teams. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at UiPath since February 2023, Kalyan leads product support teams in India, China, and Korea, along with a global contact center team. Prior to this role, Kalyan held the position of Operations Manager Lead at Avaya India Pvt Ltd from December 2007 to February 2023, overseeing managed services and maintenance services teams in various countries, focusing on service operations management and process improvement. Kalyan's career began as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies and included a role as a trainer in CCNA and Data Networking at Nizam College. Kalyan's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
