Randi Thomas

Randi Thomas is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in diverse roles. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at UiPath since April 2021, Randi has also held the position of Staff Engineer at Cloud Elements since 2018, leading the development of identity product features. Prior experience includes roles as Master Software Development Engineer at Hitachi Insight Group, where significant contributions were made to the Lumada Edge IoT product, and Senior Software Engineer positions at both Jive Software and Raytheon, developing complex Java enterprise applications and innovative API solutions. Randi's career began in the United States Army as a Satellite Communications Team Chief, leading communication efforts during deployment in Iraq. Randi holds a Master of Science in Information Engineering and Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
