Vanessa Silva

Vanessa Silva is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition at UiPath since March 2022, Vanessa previously held the role of Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Electronic Arts from May 2014 to March 2022, where recruitment strategies were developed for high-demand roles across a distributed team. Prior experience includes positions at GE Software, Apollo Education Group, Symantec, Cypress Semiconductor, and VeriSign Inc, where Vanessa managed various talent acquisition functions, improved operational efficiencies, and enhanced candidate experiences. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from San Jose State University.
