Rahul Samudre

Rahul Samudre has diverse experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition and Assistant Manager - Human Resources Business Partner at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since July 2022. Prior to this, Rahul was a Management Trainee in the Human Resource Business Partner role, further enhancing expertise in the HR field. A brief internship as a Human Resources Intern at Inteliment involved end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination, alongside creating tools to streamline these activities. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, where exposure to the Production Engineering Department provided valuable insights. Rahul holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Department of Management Sciences at Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
