Zoe Shorter

Zoe Shorter serves as the Senior Talent Manager and Leadership Coach at the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH) since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team to establish a comprehensive Learning and Development function encompassing Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, and more. Prior to this role, Zoe Shorter held various positions at BT, including Talent Management, Performance and Leadership Specialist, and contributed to HR management and leadership development initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at the University of Reading and DHL Supply Chain, focusing on recruitment, talent analytics, and mentoring programs. Zoe Shorter holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Reading and an International Baccalaureate from Bonn International School.
