Lee Ballard

Lee Ballard is a Senior Lecturer at Plymouth Marjon University, specializing in various sport development and coaching programs since September 2019. In addition to academic responsibilities, Lee holds positions as an Academic Link Tutor for Exeter College and co-convenes multiple research and innovation groups. With a substantial commitment to coaching, Lee also functions as a Player Insights Talent Reporter for the Women's Pathway at The Football Association and serves as an Associate Coach Developer with UK Coaching and a non-executive Director and Chair of the Inclusion Advisory Group for Somerset FA. Lee's extensive coaching background includes roles as Head Coach for various youth and disability football programs and a history of teaching at institutions such as Richard Huish College and Kingston Maurward College. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education at Loughborough University, Lee holds multiple degrees in sports studies and education from reputable institutions.
