James Davies

James Davies has extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic development, currently holding a position at UK Government Investments (UKGI) since October 2016, focusing on projects such as OneWeb and the Covid Corporate Finance Facility. Prior to this, James worked at Bibby Line Group, overseeing corporate development in a diverse global business environment. Experience also includes a role as Vice President of Direct Private Equity at Partners Group, managing investments in mid to large-cap companies. James began a career in finance at Amethyst as an Associate and held internships in private equity and leveraged finance at Allen & Overy and Commerzbank AG. James earned a BSc in Management and Finance from the University of Bath.
