Susannah Timlin

Susannah Timlin currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at UK Government Investments (UKGI) since January 2019, where responsibilities include organizational design, people and culture management, IT systems oversight, and legal compliance, among other areas. Prior to UKGI, Susannah Timlin held significant roles at Hays from 2011 to 2018, including Global Director of People & Culture and Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility. Susannah Timlin's career began with positions at African Recruitment and Hays, focusing on global recruitment and international business development. Educational qualifications include an upcoming Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School and a MA in Geography from the University of Oxford.
