Tom Mills

Tom Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government finance and policy. Currently serving as Manager of the Special Situations Group at UK Government Investments since February 2024, Tom previously held key roles at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport from November 2019 to February 2024, including Head of the Sport Survival Package and Senior Policy Adviser for football policy. Prior experience at HM Treasury from September 2016 to November 2019 involved leading initiatives in property spending and multinational tax avoidance. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
