Glenda McCoy

Glenda McCoy has a diverse work experience background. Glenda most recently worked at UK HealthCare as the Associate Director of Philanthropy, Community Giving starting in February 2023. Before that, they co-founded the NUBPL Foundation in 2016. Glenda also worked at Eastern Kentucky University as the Academic Program Coordinator, College of Letters, Arts, & Social Sciences from July 2021 to February 2023, and as the Administrative Coordinator, Department of History, Philosophy, and Religious Studies from January 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky where they served as the Project Manager, Kentucky Commission on Women - Office of the Governor from July 2010 to May 2014, and as the Staff Assistant, Office of the Lieutenant Governor from November 2008 to July 2010. Early in their career, Glenda was the Business Manager at BodyWork Pilates from 2003 to 2008.

Glenda McCoy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Kentucky in 1999. Glenda later obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce between 2000 and 2002.
