Claire Morrison

Claire Morrison has over a decade of experience in the electrical engineering sector, currently serving as Portfolio Manager at UK Power Networks since May 2014. In this role, Claire has transitioned through various positions including Programme Manager and Project Manager, overseeing significant projects such as substation refurbishments and the development of a new 132 kV GIS substation. Responsibilities include comprehensive contract management, cost management utilizing SAP and Primavera P6, and stakeholder management across diverse groups. Prior experience includes a role as Electrical Substation Design Engineer at ESB International, contributing to high voltage projects, as well as project management and research roles with ESB Networks and University College Dublin. Claire holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin and furthered studies in power engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.
