Liz Boycott-Brown has several years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning. Liz started their career as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the English Institute of Sport in 2005. Liz then worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach at Sports Council Wales from 2006 to 2007. Liz returned to the English Institute of Sport in 2007, where they worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach until 2012. In 2013, Liz became the Director of Evolving Athletes Limited, a position they held until 2015. Concurrently, they also joined the English Institute of Sport as a Senior Strength and Conditioning coach from 2013 to 2015. Liz took on the role of Performance Lead (speed & power) at the English Institute of Sport from 2014 to 2017, where they worked closely with Olympic and Paralympic sports to enhance their performance. Currently, Liz is the Head of Performance Support at the English Institute of Sport, a position they have held since April 2017.
From 2002 to 2005, Liz Boycott-Brown attended the University of Bath, where they earned a BSc (hons) degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences, with a focus on biomechanics and physiology.
