Maximillian Honigsbaum

Maximillian Honigsbaum currently serves as the Head of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Hertfordshire, a position held since April 2024, where responsibilities include providing strength and conditioning support to TASS athletes and university performance sports teams, as well as mentoring assistant staff and placement students. Additionally, Maximillian has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the English Institute of Sport since October 2021, and previously held the role of Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of London Boat Club. Experience also includes positions at EXOS, Oxford Brookes University, TASS, and the University at Albany, SUNY, where expertise in collegiate athlete programming, particularly in Men’s Basketball, was developed. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s University, Twickenham and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Oxford Brookes University.
